Gratitude!

I've collaborated with incredible people who've invested their time and energy in helping me grow. These are their words and I'm grateful for every one of them!

Holly Braford - Product Design Manager @ The Washington Post

I had the chance to work with Erin Lee during her summer internship on a two-week sprint focused on improving the author bio page experience. She approached the project with creativity and fresh perspective, sketching ideas that impressed me even without deep institutional knowledge of The Washington Post.

Erin kept user needs front and center and she took feedback and direction with a level of maturity that stood out. She quickly built strong connections with stakeholders and applied what she learned to solve the problem at hand. When it came time to present, she communicated her ideas clearly and confidently.

On top of all of that, Erin is kind and thoughtful, which made working with her a real pleasure. She made a strong impact in a short amount of time and I would gladly work with her again.

Annalie Robinson - Senior Product Designer @ The Washington Post

Erin was an outstanding Product Design Intern at The Washington Post this summer. She contributed to a wide range of projects and consistently brought sharp thinking and creativity to each one.

What stood out most was her critical thinking. She quickly grasped complex problems, asked the right questions, and translated feedback into smarter, more user-focused design solutions. She demonstrated a strong command of UX principles and partnered closely with product managers and engineers to ensure her designs were not only thoughtful and intuitive but also practical to build.

Beyond her skills, Erin approached every project with genuine enthusiasm and curiosity. She was a collaborative teammate, eager to learn, and always a positive presence in the room. She has a bright future ahead, and I’d recommend her to any design team!

Pedro Siciliano - Founder and CEO @ Teachy

I had the pleasure of managing Erin during her internship at Teachy. She always went above and beyond to support us on different tasks, from social media management to UX design. Erin worked closely with our design lead in multiple research tasks and helped to understand our users better and build our product through design. She was key to investigating our internationalization potential through data and experimentation.
